Whitney T Redfield

I'm a Landscape Designer with an educational background in Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning. I have an uncanny ability to achieve my goals, and I have made real estate investing my top priority. "I've been a puppet, a pauper, a poet, a pirate, a pawn and a King." - Frank Sinatra I'm held many jobs in my life, but my longest have been bartender and photographer. My other major jobs were in construction, marketing and sales. I love to network, and am very good at it. I'm also an amazing a cooking, but I'd rather focus on networking rather than opening up a restaurant. Working in Landscape Architecture, I'm exposed to many types of development: multi-family, single-family, large residential developments, parks, open spaces, campuses, habitat restoration/protection, and more. I watch all these developers making money hand over fist, and I'm tired of working to make other people money. My time is valuable. My freedom is my wealth. I want to be wealthy, and in order to do that I need to create a flow of passive income that can support my desire to travel and have free time to do the things I want to do, when I want to do them, and for how ever long I want to do them. I am grateful for Bigger Pockets and the inspiration and encouragement it has provided me to get started. I've learned a lot about real estate investing in the past. My future will be all about real estate investing. My future is now!!
