I just got my real estate license. It is so fun to be able to get what they want and get paid for it. We have access to wholesale purchases and we’ll be looking to fix and flip in Memphis Experience: I have bought about 40 houses and 30 performing and non performing notes and always looking and REO s and grow my network of partners.
