Rental Property Investor
I've been an information junkie on this forum for some time - thanks all! Experience: Bought 1 SFH, rented it for 6 years, sold it. Using that cash to start RE portfolio. Have a full time career in Aerospace Mgmt - so have limited time. Now have 8 MFH @ 22 units, plus several SFH. Real Estate Goals: A portfolio of buy and hold, cash-flowing properties. Short term goal is some cash flow, long term goal (retirement) is equity and more cash flow. I live in NJ but my partner/brother is my property manager in PA. Would like to purchase at least 1-2 MFH per year. Currently Seeking: Seeking partners on small-med MFH (apartment complex, etc.). Interested in self-storage facilities.
