I love all aspects of real estate and enjoy exploring the niches that go along with it. I will admit, I get distracted by the "shiny objects" so to speak, but I enjoy learning about each of them. I have learned so much from the BP forums but the more I learn, the more I realize that I don't know. I am thirsty for knowledge and I love to meet other RE investors that share the same enthusiasm.
