Hello Everyone, I am currently finishing up a renovation in VA. This spring, 2021, I will relocate to Mexico NY, so I would definitely like to network with anyone in the Oswego County area. I will also be starting up my Home Inspection business for the Oswego County area as well. My background is this; I have retired from the Army for a few years now. After I retired I started a successful home improvement company. I have owned two residential homes as primary residences that became rentals. I have speculated in land parcels in two different developments, which I would never do again. All these investments were spread out by many miles. After a personal life-changing event, I decided to liquidate all assets including the home improvement business (I have the certificate of “Closed in Good Standing, so I was not run out of town, LOL) and decided life is too short to not be in my grandchildren’s lives, which is why I am relocating.
