Originally from upstate NY, but have lived in Boston, NH, & SF. Interested in real estate everywhere. Experience: Have purchased 45 doors in 3 different states on 2 coasts. Mostly a buy and hold investor in small multi-families, looking to create value. Real Estate Goals: Would like to transition from W-2 to REI full time in the next 5 - 10 years.
