I am a property owner and investor in South Africa. After investing for decades in South Africa it was time to expand my portfolio to the USA. Bought my first turnkey property in 2017 and continue to do so until my target is reached. I believe I have something to offer in the local market and much to learn about offshore property investments. Experience: I have bought multiple properties. During the good times I also did the speculation thing. Some worked out pretty well and others turned out to be a nightmare. After all was said and done, I managed to sell all the mistakes, keeping all the properties that can be rented. So - I did the buy and flip, empty stand speculation and buy to rent.
