I am actively looking for a property management portfolio or company in Oklahoma City to purchase. I currently manage Craftsman Property Management in Oklahoma City and am the Principal Broker at Craftsman Real Estate Services, serving the Salt Lake City and Park City markets. Personally I'm currently in search of a part-time home/vacation home for my family in Salt Lake City or the surrounding lifestyle markets. Owner finance would be a tremendous win for that, but not necessary if that's a burden. Professionally I am working to promote our Oklahoma City Property Management company and grow our real estate brokerage that operates in Salt Lake City and Oklahoma City. I live in Salt Lake City and travel to OKC frequently to spur on the team there. Experience: I have flipped several houses, BRRRRd, and purchased straight up rentals. As of December 2022 I'm living in a midcentury rambler with plaster walls and a dynamite lot in Millcreek, Utah doing a very slow live-in flip. I got in to real estate to leverage skills, tenacity, and integrity to guide people through the sale of their home and the purchase of a new home and quickly found that real estate CAN BE a life-growing investment vehicle. It is a joy to get to walk people through the process of making value-based decisions (i.e. what do you really want to get out of life, not what does your best friend from college do/wear/live in) and to covenant to each of my clients that they WILL get the best guidance in real estate that I can give them. Real Estate Goals: By October 31, 2023 I will strive to . . . Manage 400 units at Craftsman Property Management Broker 12 transactions in Salt Lake or Summit County Flip 5 homes with an average pre-tax profit of $15k/- Purchase 15 new properties in my partnerships Purchase 3 new properties as a household Longer range: I wish to have $15,000 in monthly cashflow by the end of 2025 and own properties in 3 different markets with efficient and stabilizing diversity. I also want to own property abroad. Outside of direct ownership of real estate I want to diversify and stabilize holdings by embracing the "trader" mindset instead of simply the "real estate investor" mindset. What would bode well for us is to have cashflowing real estate, notes, syndication, and a host of other assets that hedge against the ebbs and flows of the global market.
