Will Gates

My wife and I built a tiny house on wheels and lived in it for 3+ years.. We've got 3 active single family home rentals and a duplex we're house-hacking and renting out the other side. Aside from reading forums and listening to BP podcasts, I spend a good portion of my time running and cycling. I'm an endurance athlete and one of my goals is to be able to use "walk away money" in ~5 years to be able to spend more time traveling and racing.
