Hey there! I'm 22 years old, I dropped out of college in May 2018, and since then have built a real estate wholesaling business in multiple markets. I have over 120 deals and $1.2m in wholesale fees under my belt since then, in addition to a billion dollars worth of lessons and failures. I used wholesaling to fund the startup costs of an artificial intelligence startup I run in LA called Titan Experiences, Inc which is building the world's smoothest customer experience powered by conversational AI.
