I was born in Missouri and have lived all over the Midwest. (KC, Chicago, Milwaukee, Ohio, Colorado) I have worked in a number of different corporate jobs for the past 10+ years in disciplines such as accounting, credit, entrepreneurship and real estate investment consulting. I recently relocated from Denver, CO to Branson, MO after working at Evolve Vacation Rental, a nationwide vacation rental management company. Within the company I founded the Home Buyer Consulting Division. I personally consulted over 1,000+ clients on purchasing over $70,000,000 worth of vacation rental assets nationwide. If you ask the question, "Where should I buy a vacation rental?" that's what I can help with, that's what I know. Branson also happens to be where I purchased my first vacation rental investment property. I'm fully licensed in the state of Missouri as a real estate agent and love finding deals for myself, friends/family and clients! I am an expert when it comes to vacation rentals, and yearn to become a real estate investing expert. I would love to add multi-units, fix/flips, syndications, storage units, mobile home parks, to the portfolio.
