William Burns

Recent Finance graduate from Grand Valley State University. I have always had a passion for real estate and especially real estate investing. In spring of 2021 during my Sophomore year of college I got my real estate license. I joined a top producing real estate team. As a full time agent and full time student I personally sold over $4 million in real estate and witnessed over 100 real estate transactions. What makes real estate so enjoyable for me is the balance between white and blue collar work. I enjoy figuring out the financial and structural problems we run into in real estate. Outside of real estate I enjoy being outdoors. I appreciate being in tune with nature. When I am not hanging out with friends and family I am in the woods or on the water hunting or fishing.
