Wholesaler in Southern California and midwest markets Experience: I've been wholesaling "virtually" for the last 5-ish years. I'm based in So Cal and continue to wholesale there, but I'm now also breaking into some midwest markets (the first of which is St Louis). Real Estate Goals: Add on another couple midwest markets. Consistent monthly deal flow in all markets. Also interested in doing lease options eventually. Currently Seeking: Looking for boots on the ground in each of my virtual markets. Wholesalers who'll work my leads, get them to the closing table, & maximize our spread on each deal.
