Got started in real estate in 2016 with my first purchase while working in the mortgage business. Was in the mortgage from 2015-2019 and that allowed me to fund a lot of the deals I've done. Went full time in real estate Jan 1, 2020 and main focus is on flips and cash-flowing rentals.
