Properties: 1 SFH out of state in KC (c-class), held for 2 years, then sold due to location/management 1 SFH in MKE (b-class), currently holding, great performer 1 Duplex in MKE (a-class), former house-hack, currently holding, may sell in a few years Next Steps: Stabilizing rental portfolio Considering selling
