Hi, I am Beth Williams, nice to virtually meet you! I spent the majority of my upbringing...moving (VA, MD, PA, CT, NC, KS, LA). So, as you can imagine I became very familiar with the buying and selling process. I always had an interest in Real Estate, I just knew I couldn't do it, and do it well part time. I lost my Technology sales job due to Covid-19 and knew I had to pivot. A month later I was through schooling, passed my exams, and selling my first new properties as an independent agent at Coldwell Banker Realty! I have purchased 2 properties myself. The most recent is the house my husband grew up in. We are currently undergoing full renovations (while living here...with a baby!). It's been quite the journey, but we've learned so much. I am consultative in my approach and always put my clients' needs and wants at the forefront. I am a skilled negotiator. I lead with integrity and above all, I am deeply driven and dedicated to making my clients' real estate dreams a reality.
