Willie Henriquez

I’m Willie Henriquez, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of Diversified Equity Partners. I got started in real estate in 2022 with a simple goal: build long-term wealth, create more freedom for my family, and help other people do the same. Today, I focus primarily on multifamily acquisitions, capital raising, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and business development. Through our partnerships, I’ve participated in 680 units and more than $140M in real estate, with experience across markets including Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Illinois. My biggest strength is relationships. I believe people invest with people they know, like, and trust, so I’ve built my business around transparency, education, communication, and long-term alignment rather than chasing transactions. Our team also has experience in construction, underwriting, asset management, lending relationships, and residential development. In addition to multifamily, we’re continuing to expand into single-family development and strategic joint ventures. I’m always looking to connect with investors, operators, brokers, lenders, contractors, and other good people in the industry. For me, this business is bigger than buying properties. It’s about building relationships, creating opportunities, and leaving a legacy for the next generation.
