About myself
I bought my first investment property (my first property period) in 2017, a small duplex in Richmond, VA. We're discovering that the cost to cure is a bit higher than we estimated, but we're still happy with the purchase. Currently looking for our next deal which was originally going to be another multifamily purchase, but we're considering flipping a home to increase our capital basis.
