Lifeline Home Buyers is our real estate arm based in Columbus, Ohio. We acquire off-market properties. Distressed, tax delinquent, estate deals. We move fast, we close fast, and we provide investment opportunities to cash buyers throughout Central Ohio. That side of the business is thriving. On the tech side my engineering team builds everything in house. ARIEL powers our real estate operation. Ariana powers the financial services side. The Warden runs quietly behind all of it. No templates. No third-party tools. No outsourcing. Everything is ours. I'm currently scaling into financial services with the same approach I used in real estate. Build the infrastructure first, assemble the right people, then execute. I'm selectively partnering with CEOs, founders, and business owners who already know how to operate and want to build something with real long-term value.
