I am a 14 military veteran currently working for a non-profit foundation in my hometown. While I love my job, I'm tired of trading my time for money as I realize the value of my time is really priceless. My current responsibilities integrates me into the fabric of my county, giving me access to information someone would normally have to work hard to research. I have an unbelievable passion for anything to do with being in the air - flying/skydiving and other air sports. I'm an advocate for trade industries and helping to close the skills gap as well as a financial coach to help people deal with their lifestyle choices and get them back onto the path of stability. Experience: My wife and I completed our first deal in partnership with her siblings. In an effort to let our finances settle a bit, we are on our way to building our portfolio. Our network of advisors is continuing to grow and we have access to plenty of resources to continue. Real Estate Goals: With our first property under our belt, I am looking to add 3 or more properties in 2018. I am aiming to replace both mine and my wife's income so we can then focus on this path of financial freedom full-time. Ultimately, I am striving to be a real-estate developer. With the changes in certain industries, I'm hoping to revive an old concept with a new twist.
