I am a real estate investor living in Pearland, Texas who owns three single-family homes. (two rentals and my primary residence) My wife and I are interested in purchasing more homes and multi-family properties in order to establish steady cash flow and prepare for early retirement. Experience: I have been a licensed Realtor twice before. (Arizona and Texas) and both times the market took a dive and I ended up back in a 9-5 job. Real Estate Goals: We are looking for a better work-life balance since we have a young son who I would like to spend more time with enjoying life, traveling and seeing the world.
