In July 2008 as a mother of ten my husband asked me to study to do the Real Estate end of his rehabbing/reselling projects. Now that I've done many of his and other's buying and/or selling transactions; I'd like to work with other cash investors who might also utilize our local rehabbing team (namely my sons or others from our church for the most part) to do more rehabbing projects.
