Hello. I am a Realtor and investor in the Tampa Bay area. My first experience with real estate investing began in 2007 when I attempted to flip my first property but went horribly bad. After taking a hiatus for a few years to recover, I finally decided to get back into Real Estate in 2013 and this time putting in the efforts to educate myself in doing it the right way and making it a profitable and successful business. I also decided to get my Realtor license to become an All-Around real estate professional. I believe this will help me provide a better service to my clients and assist them in any facet of Real Estate. With BP I hope to learn more creative ways to acquire, hold and sell properties. I have spent money on guru courses and last year I paid for coaching. Sadly none have worked out for me so far. So now I plan to educate myself as much as I can. Hope that with more knowledge and experience I can become a successful Real Estate Professional Experience: Real Estate Investor since May 2014. Property manager since February 2015. Received my Real Estate license and started working for Keller Williams Realty in February 2015. I am primarily a buy and hold investor with the occasional flip. I try to spread my time efficiently with my investments and working with my clients looking to buy and/or sell.
