I've always had a passion for the communities I live in, as well as visit. This is particularly true when it comes to the real estate in those communities. I searched and searched for my first home and fell in love with the hunt. I ended up holding onto the property and selling it for a 40k profit in just under two years. I then realized I loved the selling process and the profit even more than the hunt! I currently work as a Vice President for a company that has locations in North and South Carolina, so I am looking to build my real estate investing in these two states. I'm excited for the connections and learning Bigger Pockets can offer!
