I’’ve always been interested in real estate. I have experience purchasing bank-owned, BRRR, and re-zoning with the local township to convert to a 2 unit. I stepped away from real estate around 2017, but I’m ready to re-enter. Looking primarily for BRRR opportunities that I can hold long-term. I currently reside in SE Pennsylvania about an hour and 15 minutes from Philadelphia.
