Robin Rogers

I specialize in working with residential real-estate investors to buy, sell, rehab, and/or lease property in the northern San Antonio metro area, including Castle Hills, Shavano Park, and Alamo Heights; and northeast to Garden Ridge, Schertz, Cibolo, and New Braunfels. Experience: Bought, leased, and sold residential properties in Hawaii, England, and Texas. Licensed agent in Texas from 2003; licensed as a broker since 2006. Over 2008-2016, helped investor clients acquire, rehab, and sell 23 single-family homes as flips. Manage 16 properties, lease several others for landlords, and own a portfolio of single-family properties. Real Estate Goals: My dream is to own vacation rental homes in Europe and Central America. Someday I would like to retire on the cash flow from my real estate portfolio. I am laying the groundwork now. Currently Seeking: More clients who will benefit from my experience, knowledge, and hard work on their behalf!
