After finishing my Master's at the University of Kentucky I relocated to Louisville, KY. I worked in a professional role within in the energy industry while part-time managing several apartment buildings. In 2021, I moved into a full-time investor/manager role at Seeker Property Group with 128 apartment units under management/ownership. I manage the day to day operations of the portfolio, lead renovation and stabilization efforts of acquisitions, and scout new investments. Experience: - 6+ years experience renovating multifamily buildings and apartment units - 7+ years purchasing, rehabbing and managing multifamily properties Real Estate Goals: Accumulation of multi-family properties and generating additional income streams. Long-term I would like to transition to larger multi-family complexes and syndications. Currently Seeking: Old Louisville or inner Louisville multifamily buildings priced at a value.
