I have been a real estate investor since 2012, buying and developed 39 units over 5 states. I have focused on building in Alaska since 2018, primarily serving military families. I am currently working on development of a 160+ unit community in Alaska. Since 2019, I started to participate in multi-family syndications, investing as an LP in 1810 units over 6 properties. I am currently pursuing both syndications and development projects in Alaska. I am passionate about real estate and looking to grow my portfolio. For my day job, I lead the Healthcare Sponsor Coverage group for Comerica Bank, focusing on private equity and venture capital backed healthcare companies across the U.S. I live in Redmond, Wa with my wife and son. In my spare time, I enjoy time with family, reading, researching the stock market, and exploring Pacific Northwest.
