I'm a "terms deal" specialist and creative, innovative, "idea person" with three decades of design, build, remodeling, and business experience who's now focused on taking over properties "subject to" the underlying loan(s) and THEN owner (has the deed) seller (still has loan/s on the property) or optioning it, prior to reselling for cash, utilizing seller financing, or utilizing a lease option, as the primary exit strategy.
