Currently have done a variety of deals in Cookeville, TN, but primarily have mostly done short term flips. As of 1/25/2021 I have done 6 flips, 1 spec home, and 1 wholesale deal. So far all has been a (mostly) positive and profitable experience. Would love to get into long term rentals, but I would be stoked to find more deals or help anyone steer clear of a bad one. I may not be super active here but I am very active on Facebook.
