I am a U.S. Army Veteran, father of two,scuba diver, Harley rider and a family man. I have over 25 years combined experience in accounting and real estate investing. I also have been a volunteer for Meals on Wheels for the past 19 years and other local organizations for over 15 years. I are committed to fulfilling our clients' needs, while making the process as simple and stress-free as possible.  Experience: I have been a real estate investor since the latter part of 2010. I have experience in Fix & Flips, New Construction, Assignments, Subject-to's, Wholesale, and purchasing Non Performing Notes. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to purchase homes using a variety of strategies such as, subject-to, private money, hard money, joint venture, owner financing and other creative ways. I would like to eventually acquire SFR rental properties, duplex’s, fourplex’s and apartment buildings to generate passive income while working on rehab and developmental projects. Currently Seeking: I am seeking Investors that are willing to lend money for short term as well as long term rehab and development projects. I am also seeking Investors that are willing to Joint Venture on projects as a way to on properties that I will buy at a wholesale price and resell using the owner financing strategy or keep them as a buy and hold.
