UPDATE 5/2019: I just quit my full time job because I felt like it was holding me back from doing what I really love - investing in real estate to achieve financial independence and helping others do the same. ——————- I have a full-time job unrelated to Real Estate, but my long-term goal is to be able to do Real Estate full time. I like all aspects of Real Estate, whether it is being a realtor or an investor. I currently have one duplex and one SFH with mother-in-law suite, both cashflowing nicely. I also have one 3/2 SFH rented by the bedroom on AirBnb and 2 flips going on at the same time. I find great deals on the MLS all the time and sometimes other agents and wholesalers bring deals to me before they go on the market.
