Xuan-Thy (XT) Bui

Hi all! I should start off by helping you with the pronunciation of my name: "Swan-See". I'm originally from Montreal (hence the "Swan-See" - it's much easier to attempt my name in French) but moved out to Vancouver area back in 1992 (wow, ages ago now!). Found out about Bigger Pockets through a real estate investor friend of mine and loving what BP has to offer (especially the podcasts). Little bit on my work background - I've been in Business to Business and Medical Device sales for the past 10+ years straight out of university. Love working with and meeting new people. Looking forward to connecting with some of the other local members of the BP community. Experience: Limited RE investing experience - own a primary residence in metro Vancouver area as well as 1x rental property (3/2 condo) since 2010 Real Estate Goals: Would love to invest locally in Vancouver but the extremely high prices are making it difficult to take the plunge in this area. Would like to have a portfolio of 25+ units by 2021 using a buy & hold strategy in 2-3 different US markets. Currently Seeking: Currently seeking to connect with other like-minded members (preferably Canadians for meetups possibility) that are currently investing in US markets with good cash flow to learn more about how their systems and approach. Would like to also connect with members in the targeted US markets to start forming regional teams of professionals. Also seeking more information on Turnkey properties.
