Experience: My name is Yannik Cudjoe-Virgil. I have been a real estate investor since 2018 after retiring from the NFL with the Tennessee Titans. Since then, we currently identify value-add multifamily investment properties that produce predictable and consistent returns for our private equity investors. We focus on 20 - 150 unit B & C apartments in stable and emerging submarkets where we acquire, re-position and sell in a 3-7 year hold period. We focus primarily on the Mid-Atlantic Market. I am also an Asset Manager with a real estate development firm. I currently manage over $80M in real estate from an array of asset classes to include: multifamily, office, mixed-use, industrial and retail. My background in commercial real estate stirs from multifamily investment sales brokerage. I am a CCIM candidate (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
