My background is in engineering, my current industry is in radio communications. I am most interested in buy and hold of local or out-of-state multi-family units to BRRRRing SFR for cash flow and potential appreciation. I currently have 0 rentals (as of October 2018) but have a goal of obtaining my first cash flow rental in 2019. Help?
