My name is Yia Her. I am from Sacramento CA and I have come across BP a few times before and didn't really think about it much. I realize I needed to expand my relationship and meet other people. I enjoy flipping homes and have done a handful of deals. I currently am a realtor and have been once since the crash in 2007. I have to say, it has been a wild ride so far. Experience: I have been in the real estate industry as a realtor for about 8-9 years now. My experiences included sellers, buyers, investor and everything in and around real estate. I have also done some flip deals and have partner up on a few deals. My experiences are great but there's is so much more out there to learn from. I am excited for whats to come. Real Estate Goals: Using real estate as my vehicle, I truly want to find happiness, freedom of time, financial wealth and most importantly - provide for my family and kids. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking a Mentor, looking to raise funds, partner with wholesalers, desire to build a nice portfolio and all of the above that is essential for real estate investing. What I feel the end of this is that I build relationship with all types of people from all walks of life seeking similar goals and ambitions.
