Up to this point, I only have experience with rental properties. I started investing in real estate after attending a "Rich Dad" seminar in April 2013 and it was one of the best moment of my life. I came here because I have reached because I'm struck due to perfect storm. I'm currently spending all my spare time to education and increasing my network. After intense education, I'm starting to prepare for my next phrase of real estate investing.
