-Buy and hold investor in southwest Houston. -Can buy price (BRRR method) or terms (creative financing). -Acquisition criteria: 77072, 77099. Single family 1-story homes, 1000-2000 SF, at least 2/2, no pools. ARV 100-200K. MAO 75% ARV - repairs. If buying on terms if seller is motivated this is flexible. -Looking for deals and may also wholesale deals that don't fit my criteria acquired through my marketing. Private money lenders OK as well. Other team members OK as well.. contractors etc.
