I am a software developer looking for new ways to invest my money and learn about the world of real estate. Experience: My portfolio consists of: - One duplex in Columbus Ohio. - One 3 unit apartment in the south side of Chicago. - 2 SFH in the Chicago suburbs. - A 42 lot mobile home park in Utah. But I'm just getting started! Real Estate Goals: My goal is to build my buy and hold real estate portfolio to 100 doors by 2025. Hopefully much faster! Currently Seeking: I'm looking for a 10 - 20 unit apartment complex in the Chicago land area with value add opportunities that cashflows at least $200 per unit per month with at least 10% CoC returns. In the short term though I'm looking for investors with a solid track record to lend money too.
