I've been a landlord since 2008 but began REI in earnest in 2013. Real estate started out as a grasp for some kind of anchor in my life, but has evolved into one of the most fulfilling and exciting challenges I've known. Every project is a physical, mental, psychological, and emotional exercise, and I love how it pushes me out of my comfort zone to do more and be more. Save for a few outliers, my SF and MF investments are all within the city of Atlanta. I am seeking to learn about and participate in syndications.
