I am a serial entrepreneur and real estate investor. I am hoping to leverage the short-term rental market to generate enough cash flow to finance liabilities. My strength and weakness is that I am a data-junkie and a tech nerd. Being keenly aware of this juxtaposition, I am offering this service to others who are willing to teach, listen, or let me tag-a-long so that I may find balance in this industry. - Member of DFW REI Club and DFW REIA Experience: For the past 12 years, I have used my love of data and technology to help others innovatively implement their vision. Seeing patterns and opportunities when analyzing and reviewing data seems like it will be transferrable and financially rewarding in this area. So, I'm exploring the area. Real Estate Goals: It is my goal to supplement my current income. This will establish financial independence for my family and provide more flexibility. Currently Seeking: I am currently looking for Master Lease opportunities and partnerships. Two of my strengths are my data analysis and tech skills. I am willing to help automate processes for other investors in exchange for experience.
