I have been personally investing in Real Estate since 1989, My first investment in Panama City Beach was a 2/2 condo; I loved it so much, we moved to Florida in 2004. Since then we built a portfolio of single family home LTR, and started investing in Multi-family. In 2011 I retired from my corporate job in IT and became licensed for Real Estate sales. I helped others buy and sell real estate focused on the investor community the past 10 years. I also personally invested with self-directed IRA, and talk up that method to my clients, and the way to take advantage of this amazing wealth creation vehicle. As of June 2022 I can now take advantage of all my investments and fully retire. I am no longer accepting new clients but will be happy to offer advice and refer you to someone who can help you. I will continue to hold a FL Real Estate license for the time being.
