Hi, I’m Yong — an investor-friendly real estate agent based in Staten Island, New York. I immigrated from Fuzhou, China at age 12 and later dropped out of college because I didn’t understand how education here connected to real life. I spent five years working in my family’s restaurant as a sushi chef before realizing I wanted a different future. In 2018, the same year my daughter was born, I became a full-time real estate agent to build a better life for my family. Today, I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers and local families buy and sell in Staten Island and Brooklyn. Most of my experience is in 1–2 family residential homes, and recently I’ve been expanding into small mixed-use buildings. I’m straightforward, honest, and numbers-focused — not a small-talk person — but I take pride in working hard and serving my clients. I’m currently in Brandon Turner’s First Deal Program and actively chasing my own investment opportunities.
