I'm currently in the transportation/ Logistics field. Own trucking and freight forwarding companies and now diversifying our financials. Currently own 15+ luxury Airbnbs and have some arbitrage. I flip 10 houses a year and wholesale 15-20/ year. Now working with developer in the city of Los Ángeles. Always looking for Sub2 deals. looking for Lot deals 5,500 + sqft Lots in LA area for development for us or our builders.(R3, R4, R2 and LARD1.5)
