HI, I'm a newbie investor highly passionate and motivated about starting out in Real estate, trying to learn as much as I can, as fast as I can! I am currently a little stuck finding a market in my surrounding area Which is a little tough given that I live in one of the most expensive parts of the country, and it looks like the surrounded areas are all saturated with investors. I have read David Greene's book on Long-Distance-Investing which is a great read , But i think starting locally is more logical for a newbie investor. Glad to hear any insight's!
