I've owned single family for 20yrs.. liquidated because of divorce.. rebuilding with Multi-Family.. Need to figure out how to get to the investor and the money. Project Manager of 5 to 30 million dollar projects for 15 yrs. Building Multi-Family, Hospitals, Schools and Big Box in Pittsburgh area. Profitable deals are hard to find, my investors will make good money. Just can't find the one that will actually wright out the check.. when it comes time to do that, after many hours of analysis, they go buy a boat ????
