Yuriy Kaunzinger

Hi Everyone! I've long been interested in real estate ever since I picked up "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" in college. This book led me to stray from the civil engineering background that I was going to school for, and straight into the real estate game in New York City. In 2016, I worked for the largest holder of single family homes in the New York Metro area (think muli-million dollar brownstones). I had the opportunity to work on renovations in multi-million dollar brownstones in Brooklyn, Harlem, Jersey City, and Bayonne. Since then, I’ve amassed experience working in REO, commercial development, and new construction multifamily developments in Philadelphia. My wife and I now run our own development company (Fremont Homes) that focuses on remodels, flips, and new construction homes. Real Estate Goals: Assemble a portfolio of rental properties to help provide housing for the local community.
