Originally from Durham, I spent a few years traveling after college and got into Real Estate in 2016. From the beginning I knew that being an investor and helping others was my calling. Flips and new builds to begin with and now moving on to multifamily, commerical, and infill builds. My wife and I travel as much as possible which usually means heading west to the desert or the rockies! Our long term goal is to acquire 25-30 units, then consolidate into 10-15 paid off units that only cash flow.
