After playing four years of college baseball, I found my way back home to Northwest Arkansas. I would categorize myself as more of a real estate financial advisor. All agents can write a contract and open a door to a pretty home, but a very limited percentage have the knowledge to be able to help you build your wealth through the tool of real estate. Being able to take a client's whole financial portfolio and accurately analyze it to lead them on the best path and best decision in real estate is rare, and it's something I do very well. I currently own 8 investment properties with a goal to hit 10 by the end of 2024. I also build and flip multiple homes per year. I think it's important that the agent you are investing with is actively investing themselves. It's a red flag if they are not.
