Zachary Crosby

I'm Zachary, a real estate attorney, investor, and title agent based in the Hudson Valley of New York. As CEO of Cromwell, a real estate investment firm I co-founded in 2024, I lead underwriting, the financial committee, offers, and investor relations. We're building a cash-flowing base in metro Detroit, with plans to scale into stronger-demand markets over time. I also own rentals personally, so I know the operator side firsthand. On the legal side, I run Crosby Law Office P.C., a real estate and estate planning practice serving the Hudson Valley. I handle residential and commercial closings, lender representation, and trust-based estate plans. Through Hudson Abstractors, my title agency, I can take a deal from contract through title and closing.
